Custom Crush, LP, a California Limited Partnership, has acquired a 99 year leasehold interest in the property where the winery will be built. Custom Crush, LLC, the General Partner, will develop and manage the facility on behalf of Custom Crush, LP. The business of the partnership is to develop a state-of-the-art winery, barrel storage facility, and tasting room, and contract with boutique wineries to process, store and sell at least 13,000 cases of wine annually. Custom Crush will also plant a small vineyard, and complete other improvements that the General Partner determines would be in the best interest of the Partnership.
