Goals & Objectives

To carry out our vision, Custom Crush will pursue the following:

• Custom Crush will build a state-of-the-art winemaking facility in Napa Valley, and staff it with a first-rate winemaking team that will cater to commercial, virtual wineries in Napa Valley.

• Custom Crush will carefully choose our winemaking clients so as to compliment one another and create a community of great wines and great wine labels. Custom Crush has already signed custom crush agreements with Ahnfeldt Cellars (2,000 cases), Waugh Cellars (3,000 cases), Falcor Cellars (6,000 cases), and Phipps Cellars (1,000 cases). Based on a projected annual capacity of 13,000 cases, Custom Crush is virtually “sold out” despite the fact that construction on the facility has yet to begin.

• Napa Valley surpassed Disneyland as the number one tourist attraction in California, drawing 6 to 8 million visitors last year. Custom Crush will expand our relationships with top restaurants, hotels & resorts, limousine companies and other prestigious wineries in the region. Through these relationships we will develop and expand our customer base, and drive retail sales through our on-site tasting room.

• Custom Crush will focus on the wine enthusiast’s experience at the winery to insure brand loyalty for our clients, and help each label achieve their specific branding goals.

• Custom Crush will implement an annual budget in an effort to achieve above-average returns without jeopardizing our ability to fulfill other aspects of our mission.
